Ingredients:

2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

1 Preheat oven to 350.
2 Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.
3 Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
4 Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
5 Add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
6 Add broth and wine.
7 Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
8 Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
9 Sprinkle with cheese.
